BEP Supports Security Systems Training for Indonesian Veterinary Lab

BEP supported a training program on security systems for staff from the Indonesian Research Centre for Veterinary Science (Balitvet) in Hong Kong, from 19 - 23 January 2009. In FY08, BEP funded comprehensive security upgrades on the Balitvet campus, implemented through Sandia National Labs. This training event, focused on security hardware and software installed at Balitvet, was designed to help staff with operations and maintenance of the security system to ensure sustainability. Balitvet staff now have a better understanding of the capabilities of their security system and they also took home several applications for immediate implementation on their system.
